JH Band - Incredible Pizza

Neosho Junior High Band,

We are excited that Wednesday, May 17th we will be going to Incredible Pizza in Springfield as our end of the year band trip! Below is information and the schedule for our trip. Students who have a D or F in band, missing assignments in band, have received OSS, ISS for fighting, did not attend the Spring or Awards concert, and have not finished MAP testing cannot attend this trip and will remain at school. I will check grades and missing tasks for band, May 12th. Lunch will be provided at Incredible Pizza.

PRICE:

The price for this trip will be $20. This includes a $20 game card and an all you can eat buffet! Please send money with this form. If you are unable to pay for this trip, please email Mrs. Gorman at gormanerica@neoshosd.org

DRESS CODE

All school dress code rules apply. Students need to wear their NJH band t-shirt.

BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS

Students will be expected to be on their best behavior! Expected behavior includes: staying with the group, obeying chaperones at all times, leaving facilities in better condition than we found it, treating lunchroom facilities and items with respect, clear your own lunch tables and throw all trash away. Cell phones/electronic devices will be allowed as long as band students are not mishandling them. However, if students are abusing the privilege, devices will be confiscated. Behavior incidents may result in students being benched for future contests and trips..

ITINERARY:

9:00am called down to the band room, check-in, leave bags in band room

9:30 Load bus and depart for Incredible Pizza

11:00 Arrive at Incredible Pizza

1:30 Leave Incredible Pizza head to NJH

2:45 Approx Arrive at NJH

*Students will NOT miss their scheduled after school transportation.
